713 / 5 000 The State Academy of Applied Sciences in Głogów is one of the youngest vocational universities in Poland. It was established on the basis of the regulation of the Council of Ministers of 22 June 2004, initially as the State Higher Vocational School in Głogów. The university offers studies within three institutes: Health Sciences, Social Sciences and Engineering and Technical Sciences. Currently, the university has 435 students, of whom 66% are women and 2.3% are foreigners. Last academic year, the university graduated 114 graduates. In the academic year 2024/2025, 152 new students started their studies. The university employs 46 full-time academic teachers, of whom 65.2% are women.
