The Jarosław Dąbrowski Military University of Technology in Warsaw is the most prestigious military-civilian public academic university in Poland, operating since 1951. It is the only institution in the country offering uniform master's studies in 11 polytechnic fields, intended for candidates for professional soldiers. In addition, for civilians, the Academy offers full-time and part-time first-cycle (engineering/bachelor's) studies, second-cycle (master's) studies in over 20 fields, as well as doctoral studies in the Doctoral School, postgraduate studies and other forms of education. The university facilities also house the Military Information Technology High School. Currently, the university has almost 5 thousand students, of whom 28.4% are women and 1.8% are foreigners. Last academic year, over 1.1 thousand people graduated from the university. For the academic year 2024/2025, over 2.2 thousand male and female students, including 55 foreigners, started their studies. The employment structure at the university includes 930 full-time academic teachers, of whom 22% are women.
