The Academy of Applied Sciences of Angelus Silesius (formerly the State University of Angelus Silesius in Wałbrzych) is a Polish public vocational university founded in 1999. The university offers first and second cycle studies within three institutes: the Institute of Natural Sciences and Technology, the Institute of Social and Legal Studies, and the Institute of Health. Currently, the university educates 848 students, of whom 69.1% are women and 1.8% are foreigners. Last academic year, the university graduated 223 graduates. In the academic year 2024/2025, 376 male and female students began their studies, including 3 foreigners. The university employs 89 full-time academic teachers, of whom 66.3% are women.
