736 / 5 000 Jan Grodek State University in Sanok was established in 2001 under the name of the State Higher Vocational School in Sanok. It is a public vocational university offering first and second cycle studies (bachelor's, engineer's and master's) as well as uniform master's studies conducted exclusively in practical profiles, adapted to the needs of the socio-economic environment. Currently, 1,399 students study at the university, of which 63.2% are women and 1.9% are foreigners. Last year, 361 graduates graduated from it. In the academic year 2024/2025, 657 male and female students began their studies, including 12 foreigners. The university employs 78 full-time academic teachers, of which 52.6% are women.
