Krakow University of Technology - a public technical university with more than 75 years of tradition of educating qualified engineers. Currently, the university offers studies at various levels: full-time and part-time, first and second degree, as well as doctoral and postgraduate studies. The educational offer includes more than 30 fields of study conducted in Polish, and some of them are also available foreigners and Ukrainian. Such a wide choice allows students to pursue a variety of intellectual passions and take on ambitious challenges under the guidance of qualified academic staff. In recent years, the university has introduced new majors that meet the needs of the labor market while reflecting important social issues. An example is the direction of clean air engineering, graduates of which will deal with air quality issues in Małopolska. There are currently 11,325 students at the Cracow University of Technology, 36.5% of whom are women and 4.4% are foreigners. Last year, the university produced more than 3,300 graduates. For the 2024/2025 academic year, more than 3,500 male and female students have begun their studies, including 121 foreigners. The university's structure employs 1,020 full-time academic staff, nearly 40% of whom are women. Many research and teaching staff are outstanding specialists, actively participating in international and interuniversity research teams. Among the graduates of the Krakow University of Technology was Ryszard Flore, entrepreneur and founder of Fakro, a company specializing in roof windows.
