The Alcide De Gasperi University of Euroregional Economy was founded in 2002. Since 2004, the university has been named after the outstanding Italian and European statesman Alcide De Gasperi, one of the main creators of a united Europe. The university is authorized to conduct studies with general academic and practical profiles. At the first-cycle level, it offers the following majors: administration. At the first- and second-cycle level, the following majors are available: pedagogy, management and internal security. At the level of uniform master's studies, you can study: law, preschool and early school pedagogy and psychology. Classes at the university are conducted in Polish and English, which allows both Polish and foreign students, mainly from Asia, to study. Currently, the university has 1,244 students, of whom 60.6% are women and 24.8% are foreigners. Last academic year, 225 graduates left the university. For the academic year 2024/2025, 463 male and female students began their studies, including 104 from abroad. The academic staff includes 31 academic teachers, of whom 54.8% are women.
