The academic university in Radom, originally established as the Higher School of Applied Economics and Foreign Trade by the decision of the Minister of National Education of July 4, 1998, authorizing the conduct of vocational studies, was raised to the rank of an Academy by the decision of the Minister of Education and Science of November 30, 2021. Currently, the university offers bachelor's, engineering, master's and uniform master's studies in 10 fields, as well as specialist education in 6 fields. The university has 2,136 students, of whom 69.5% are women and 1.2% are foreigners. Last academic year, 817 graduates graduated from it. In the academic year 2024/2025, 876 male and female students began their studies, including 11 foreigners. The university employs 37 full-time academic teachers, of whom 51.4% are women.
