The Kashubian-Pomeranian College in Wejherowo was founded in 2002 as a vocational school. It is the first institution of this type in Wejherowo. The college offers three-year first-cycle studies in the following fields: pedagogy, management, sociology, nursing, administration and internal security, as well as three-semester second-cycle studies in sociology. Currently, the college educates 599 students, of whom 75.7% are women and 1.6% are foreigners. Last academic year, 268 graduates graduated from it. In the academic year 2024/2025, 331 male and female students began their studies, including 4 foreigners. The college employs 8 full-time academic teachers, of whom 37.5% are women. In total, the college employs 297 full-time academic teachers, of whom 48.5% are women.
