The Warsaw School of Computer Science was founded in 2000 in Warsaw. It is the only specialist university in Poland that offers higher engineering, master's and postgraduate studies in only one field - computer science. In addition to academic studies, the university offers a wide range of open computer science studies, including lectures, courses, training and workshops. They are intended for upper secondary school students, students and graduates of the Warsaw School of Computer Science, other universities and anyone interested in deepening their knowledge and qualifications in computer science, regardless of age, level of education or level of proficiency in computer science. Currently, the university has 893 students, of whom 11.3% are women and 4.9% - foreigners. Last academic year, the university said goodbye to 225 graduates. In the academic year 2024/2025, 241 male and female students started their studies, including 17 foreigners. The teaching staff includes 14 academic teachers, of whom 21.4% are women.
