The university began operating on October 11, 2004. Over the years, it has obtained authorizations granted by the Minister of Science and Higher Education to conduct first-cycle studies in the following fields: emergency medical services, physiotherapy, midwifery, cosmetology, public health, as well as first and second-cycle studies: nursing and in engineering studies - logistics. Currently, the university has 2,619 students, of whom 77.2% are women and 1.7% are foreigners. Last year, 1,632 graduates graduated from it. In the academic year 2024/2025, 1,041 male and female students began their studies, including 19 foreigners. The university employs 39 full-time academic teachers, of whom 74.4% are women.
