The university has existed since 2004, when it was entered in the register of non-public universities as the University of Informatics and Social and Legal Sciences in Bydgoszcz. The founder of the institution was the Educator Science and Education Center. Currently, the university offers education in fields such as administration, national security, dietetics, cosmetology, digital marketing, public health, construction, logistics, management, production engineering and nursing. The university has more than 1,000 students, 59.7% of whom are women, and 3% are foreigners. Last academic year, the university produced 360 graduates. In the 2024/2025 academic year, 400 male and female students began their studies, including 15 foreigners. The employment structure includes 31 academic teachers, 38.7% of whom are women.
