Sopot Academy of Applied Sciences is an economic and architectural university, operating since 2000 in Sopot. The academy includes four faculties, with classes offered on a full-time basis, full-time at weekends and part-time. It conducts bachelor's and master's degrees, postgraduate studies, as well as courses and training.

As the only university in Pomerania, Sopot Academy of Applied Sciences offers all three architectural majors: architecture, interior architecture and landscape architecture.

There are currently 1,265 students at the academy, 70.8% of whom are women, and 6.8% are foreigners. Last academic year, 272 graduates left the university. For the 2024/2025 academic year, 412 male and female students, including 40 foreigners, have begun their studies.

The academic staff structure includes 40 academic teachers, 57.5% of whom are women.
