The Eugeniusz Kwiatkowski School of Administration and Business in Gdynia is a private university founded in 1994. It is one of the largest private universities in Poland. The structure of the university includes three faculties: law and administration, management and health, located in Gdynia, as well as a branch in Lębork, where departments operate. Currently, the university has over 3.4 thousand students, of whom 59.8% are women and 1.7% are foreigners. Last academic year, 1,082 graduates graduated from the university. In the academic year 2024/2025, 1,494 male and female students began their studies, including 19 foreigners. The teaching staff includes 63 full-time academic teachers, of whom 38.1% are women.
