Lublin Academy WSEI (formerly Wyższa Szkoła Ekonomii i Innowacji w Lublinie) is one of the three largest universities in Lublin. It was founded in 2000 by the Polish Foundation of Centers for Economic Development “OIC Poland”, whose mission is to prevent unemployment and support economic development through the creation and implementation of educational and consulting programs. The university offers education at three faculties: Faculty of Administration and Social Sciences, Faculty of Human Sciences and Faculty of Transportation and Information Technology. It offers a total of 18 majors, as well as doctoral, postgraduate and MBA programs. The academy currently has more than 9,000 students, 59% of whom are women, and 18.8% are foreigners. Last year, the academy educated more than 2,300 graduates. In the 2024/2025 academic year, more than 3.2 thousand male and female students began their studies, including 426 foreigners. The university's structure employs 128 full-time academic staff, 40.6% of whom are women.
