The Warsaw Medical University of Tadeusz Koźluk (WUMed) is the oldest non-public university based in Warsaw, founded in 1991 as the Private Higher School of Business and Administration in Warsaw. The university offers technical, managerial and economic courses at the bachelor's, engineer's, master's and postgraduate levels. Classes in engineering courses are held in modern, professionally equipped laboratories and ITS, PIMOT and IBDiM workshops. Currently, the university has over 5.5 thousand students, of whom 41.4% are women and 2.9% are foreigners. Last academic year, 1,654 graduates graduated from the university. In the academic year 2024/2025, 2,362 male and female students began their studies, including 70 foreigners. The Medical University of Warsaw employs 78 full-time academic teachers, of whom 29.5% are women.
