The non-public university, established by the decision of the Ministry of National Education of October 17, 1995 by Leontyna Jakoniuk, offers the possibility of taking up first and second cycle studies and uniform master's studies in five fields: administration, internal security, pedagogy, preschool and early school pedagogy, and psychology. Currently, the university educates almost 1.3 thousand students, of whom 69.9% are women and 0.5% are foreigners. Last year, 218 students graduated from the university. In the academic year 2024/2025, 412 male and female students began their studies, including 3 foreigners. The university employs 35 full-time academic teachers, of whom 54.3% are women.
