A private university, operating since September 10, 2004, with academic qualifications since December 14, 2022. The Academy specializes in teaching practical fields in the field of medical sciences. It consists of two faculties: the Faculty of Medical and Social Sciences and the Faculty of Health Sciences. The university offers bachelor's degrees in the following fields: nursing (first-cycle studies), midwifery and optometry, as well as master's degrees in the following fields: nursing (second-cycle studies), physiotherapy and psychology. The university also offers postgraduate studies. The university educates over 2.1 thousand students, of whom 72.7% are women and 5.9% are foreigners. Last year, 393 students graduated from the university. In the academic year 2024/2025, 1,068 male and female students began their studies, including 56 foreigners. The university employs 23 full-time academic teachers, of whom 52.2% are women.
