The Academy of Technology and Information Technology in Applied Sciences (ATINS), formerly the Wrocław School of Applied Information Technology "Horyzont", is a private university operating since August 20, 2004.

The university offers first and second cycle studies in the following fields: Computer Science, Automatics and Robotics, and Computer Science foreigners, as well as first cycle studies in the fields of Bioinformatics and Bioinformatics foreigners.

Currently, the university has 405 students, of whom 10.4% are women and 21% are foreigners. Last academic year, 108 students graduated from the university. In the academic year 2024/2025, 59 male and female students began their studies, including 11 foreigners.

The university employs 21 full-time academic teachers, of whom 28.6% are women.
