A non-public higher education institution, established on the basis of the decision of the Minister of National Education of 18 July 1995, founded by the Association of Educational Initiatives in Bielsko-Biała, offers candidates studies in law, economics, social sciences, IT and logistics. The university teaches selected specialist subjects foreigners, runs internship and placement programs abroad, the Office of Professional Careers, specialist courses and postgraduate studies. The university educates 542 students, of whom 65.9% are women and 1.7% are foreigners. Last year, 206 students graduated from the university. In the academic year 2024/2025, 172 male and female students began their studies, including 3 foreigners. The university employs 22 full-time academic teachers, of whom 31.8% are women.
