The WSB Academy (formerly the Higher School of Business in Dąbrowa Górnicza) is a non-public higher education institution with 7 authorizations to award the degree of habilitated doctor and the degree of doctor in the following scientific disciplines: management and quality sciences, pedagogy, security sciences, international relations, civil engineering, geodesy and transport, security engineering and family sciences.

The university educates students in 7 locations in 26 fields of first and second cycle studies, uniform master's studies, conducts dual studies, implements Executive MBA and Master of Business Administration programs, and also offers postgraduate studies, a doctoral school, doctoral studies and doctoral seminars.

The WSB Academy educates almost 14 thousand students, of whom 49.3% are women and 23.4% are foreigners. Last academic year, the university educated 2.45 thousand graduates. For the academic year 2024/2025, nearly 6,000 male and female students, including 1,536 foreigners, began their studies.

The employment structure includes 183 full-time academic teachers, of whom 38.3% are women.
