The International Academy of Applied Sciences in Łomża (formerly the Higher School of Agribusiness in Łomża) is a non-public higher education institution. The university offers education in the following fields: agriculture, internal security, nursing, construction, commodity science and logistics. Currently, the academy has nearly 1.3 thousand students, of whom 64.2% are women and 4.7% are foreigners. Last year, 216 students graduated from the university. In the academic year 2024/2025, 567 new students began their studies, including 31 foreigners. The university employs 42 full-time academic teachers, of whom 40.5% are women.
